Description	The antibody recognizes a heterodimeric glycoprotein of 145, 185 kD which has been identified as NCAM (Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule). The major epitopes have been defined, MEM-188 reacts with epitope 1 and 123C3 (MON9006) reacts with epitope 2.
Formulation	100 ug / 0.5 ml antibody solution containing sodium-azide. A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml. Minimum number of tests: 100. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Reconstitution	This antibody has been titrated for application in flow cytometry. Approximately 5 ul is required per 106 cells.
