Storage Conditions	Store at +4C or at -20C if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Application Notes	Flow cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution (1/10-1/50) to label 106 cells in 100ul.Immunohistology: Recommended positive control: Human Brain, thymus
Description	The antibody recognizes the human CD90 cell surface antigen, a 25 kDa glycoprotein homologous to rat Thy1. The antigen is expressed by a subset of CD34+ve cells in the bone marrow and by some cells within the thymus.
Formulation	0.2 mg purified antibody containing 0.09% Sodium Azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only. Buffer: Phosphate buffered saline pH7.4
Concentration	1 mg/ml
