Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Amylin.
Specificity	Tested on human, rat, cat, pig and guinea-pig tissues. Positive control: Formalin-fixed paraffin and frozen sections of human or rat pancreas. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining.
