Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Synthetic human proinsulin. Tested on human and pig tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Formalin-fixed paraffin sections of human pancreas. Absorption with 10-100 ug proinsulin per ml diluted antiserum inactivates the antiserum, while C-peptide and insulin only partly reduces staining.
