Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Recombinant human ODC produced in, E. coli, . Tested on mouse tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of renal cortex from testosterone-treated mice. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining.
Application Information	Works on: Frozen sections. 1:300-1:500 using FITC, with over night incubation, at +4C.
