Description	The MJ7/18 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse CD105 molecule, also known as Endoglin. This 90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer is expressed by vascular endothelial cells. It is suggested that CD105 functions in adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis. The rat antibody was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography.

Reconstitution	The lyophilized IgG is stable at 4C. for at least one month and for more than a year when kept at -20C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.5 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4C in the presence of a preservative. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at -20C to -70C for at least 6 months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Application Information	Western Analysis: Use at a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents. Immunoprecipitation: Use at a concentration of 1-2 ug with the appropriate secondary reagents. FACS analysis: Use at 3-20 ug/ml together with the appropriate secondary reagents Immunohistochemistry: It was reported for use of staining of frozen sections. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
