Description	The MJ7/18 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse CD105 molecule, also known as Endoglin. This 90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer is expressed by vascular endothelial cells. It is suggested that CD105 functions in adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis.
Formulation	Lyophilized in a buffer of 0.1 M Tris-Cl + 0.2 M NaCl + 0.02% NaN3, pH 7.4, with BSA
Immunogen	Inflamed mouse skin
Purification	Protein G chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 50 ug/ml.
Storage and Stability	Reconstituted antibody is stable for at least one month at 2-4C or in working aliquots at -20C for at least six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
