Description	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat) immunized with purified recombinant mouse FGF-R2 extracellular domain. IgG2 fraction of the culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile filtered solution in PBS

Purification	Protein G affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute with 500 ul sterile PBS to a final concentration of 200 ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity	This antibody recognizes mouse FGF-R2 in western blot.
