Immediately prior to use, dilute this preparation to a final concentration of 1-5 ug/mL, and coat each well of a microtiter plate with 100 uL. For neutralization studies, use a starting dilution of 10-20 ug/mL. The optimal antibody concentration should be determined for each specific application.Storage: Store at -20C. Further dilutions should be made with endotoxin-free medium orbuffered solution with carrier protein, such as RPMI 1640 with 10% fetal calf serum.
