Storage Conditions	The IFN-gamma antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 C. This LE/NA solution contains no preservative, handle under aseptic conditions.
Description	Interferon-gamma is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells. Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-gamma also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities. IFN-gamma can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells. The XMG1.2 antibody reacts with mouse interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma). The XMG1.2 antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IFN-gamma.
Formulation	Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 um filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/ug of the protein (< 0.01 ng/ug of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.
Immunogen	E. coli, -expressed, recombinant mouse IFN-gamma
Purification	The LE/NA (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) IFN-gamma antibody was Purified by affinity chromatography.
