Description	The antibody recognizes double stranded DNA expressed in the nucleus of human cells. Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with nuclei of Raji Burkitt’s lymphoma cells. The isolated splenocytes were fused with mouse myeloma cells.
Formulation	100 ug purified material in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
