Storage Conditions	Store freeze-dried antibody at 4-8C until expiration date. Reconstituted in small aliquots at -20C.
Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Highly purified pig pancreatic glucagon. Tested on human and cat tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Bouin-fixed paraffin sections of cat pancreas. Absorption with, 10-100 ug glucagon per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining.
