Description	Mouse Anti-Rat IFN-gamma Clone DB-1 mAb
Formulation	Sterile filtered and then lyophilized from 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Dissolve the contents of the vial by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized product is stable for at least one year at 2-4C. After reconstitution, the contents can be safely stored at 2-4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% sodium azide to prevent bacterial growth. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
Specificity	Neutralizes both natural and recombinant rat IFN-gamma and mouse IFN-gamma, in vitro, and, in vivo .
