Application Notes	For Western Blot, use a working dilution of 1:2, 000.For Immunoprecipitation, use a working dilution of 1:500.The optimal concentration should be determined by the user for each specific application.
Cross-Reactivity	Reacts with both mouse and rat natural CCL4. Cross-reactivity to CCL4 of other species has not been determined.
Description	Rabbit Anti-Rat CCL4 polyclonal antibody. CCL4 is a 69-amino acid CC chemokine with a molecular weight of 7.8 kDa. CCL4 induces migration of monocytes/macrophages, and activates CD4+ cells, but not NK cells and eosinophils.
Formulation	Lyophilized with 0.1% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Immunogen	Recombinant mature rat CCL4 (amino acids 1-69)
Purification	Protein A purified
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add 500 ul PBS to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 1 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-4C for short term storage or in working aliquots at -20C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
