Storage Conditions	Store undiluted antibody at 2-8C until expiration date. For prolonged storage, aliquot antibody and store at -20C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Formulation	1 ml (100 ug/ml) 0.2 um purified antibody solution in PBS, containing 0.01% sodium azide and 50% (v/v) glycerol. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Reconstitution	For flow cytometry and immunohistology dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10 for flow cytometry and 1:100 for immunohistology.
Specificity	The monoclonal antibody recognizes rat CD4 antigen (MW 52 kDa) and is reactive with all common inbred strains. 15-8A2 is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice immunized with WAG/Rij spleen cells.
Concentration	100 ug/ml
