Description	Purified native Bovine SSA Ro protein-A 60 kDa protein (Ro60) intimately associated with Ro-RNP constitutes the major Ro(SSA) antigen. Autoantibodies to the Ro(SSA) antigen are one of the most frequent serological markers of autoimmunity in rheumatic diseases.
Formulation	20 mM Tris-HCL, pH 7.5 + 0.15 M NaCl + 0.2 mM dithiothreitol + 0.1 mM PMSF + 20% glycerol, and stabilizers.
