Description	Human Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-4 (IGFBP-4) is a 237 amino acid glycosylated protein that is one of the six “classical” IGF binding proteins that play an important role in stabilizing and regulating the activity of IGFs, in vivo . It is a glycoprotein that does not appear to associate with the cell surface or the extracellular matrix.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.1 M acetic acid and stored under dry nitrogen at a slight vacuum (-25 kPa).

Biological Activity	Single species detected by Western ligand blot using 125I-IGF-I as probe.
