Description	Von Willebrand factor is prepared from citrated human plasma using a combination of chromotographic procedures. The preparations consist of large multimers as determined by electrophoresis in SDS/agarose gels. Please Note: Molecular weight is 250, 000 (monomer), 1-20 X 1, 000, 000 (multimers).
Formulation	Frozen liquid in a buffer of 0.025M Sodium Citrate + 0.1M NaCl + 0.1M glycine, pH 6.8.

Storage and Stability	Store at -80C. Thaw in a 37C water bath for 2-3 minutes without agitation.
