Description	Recombinant human soluble VEGFR1 Domain 1-5 is produced as a glycosylated monomeric protein. The soluble receptor protein contains only the first 5 extracellular domains (Met1-Asn562), which contain all the information necessary for high affinity ligand binding.
Formulation	Lyophilized without additives
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Soluble in water and most aqueous buffers. Add PBS or medium to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration not lower than 100 ng/ml.
Biological Activity	Determined by its ability to abolish the binding of iodinated VEGF to solid surfaces or cell surface receptors. The ED50 for this effect is typically 10.0-30.0 ng/ml. The usable range is 5-50 ng/ml.
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/mg of VEGFR1
