Description	Native Human Fibrinogen is prepared from fresh human plasma using several chromatographic steps. It is depleted of plasminogen by lysine affinity chromatography.
Formulation	Frozen liquid in 20 mM Sodium Citrate-HCl, pH 7.4
Reconstitution	Thaw at 37C without agitation until completely liquid, then gently mix before use. Keep fibrinogen at 25-37oC, aliquot and flash freeze unused portion.
Concentration	40 mg/ml
