Description	Recombinant human Lymphocyte Activation Gene 1 contains 69 amino acid residues. LAG1 is identical to MIP1-beta (ACT II isotype) except for two amino acid substitutions: arginine for histidine at position 22 and serine for glycine at position 47 of the mature protein.
Formulation	Lyophilized without additives
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. After complete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity	Determined by its ability to chemoattract CCR5 transfected cells using a concentration of 0.1-10.0 ng/ml.
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/ug of LAG1
