Biological Activity	>120 units/mg-One unit of activity is defined as the amount of the enzyme which hydrolyzes one uMole of N-tosyl-L arginine-methyl ester in 30 minutes at 37C, pH 8.0.
Description	Plasminogen is found at 12 mg per 100 ml normal plasma. It is the precursor of the serine protease plasmin which is involved in fibrinolysis.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, with 2 mM EDTA.
Molecular Weight	90-92 kDa
Storage and Stability	Aliquot and store at -20 C C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
