Description	This Recombinant human Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor type 1 Neutrophil Elastase Inhibitor variant contains a mutation at the active site to make it specific for inhibition of neutrophil elastase. Additional mutations provide resistance to cleavage and stability. The low endotoxin of this preparation makes it suitable for, in vivo, studies.
