Description	Recombinant Human Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor type 1 uPA Complex. Human PAI-1 stable mutant is reacted with an excess of human urokinase at physiological pH. The resulting 1:1 molar complex is purified from the remaining uPA by cobalt metal affinity chromatography resin.
