Description	Recombinant human immobilized two-chain high molecular weight urokinase is ideal for the controlled activation of plasminogen to plasmin. After the activation is complete, the resin is removed and the reaction is quenched. May be used to immunopurify monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies directed against human urokinase. May be used repeatedly.
Formulation	Resin from a buffer of 0.05 M sodium acetate + 0.1 M NaCl + 1 mM EDTA + 0.02% sodium azide, pH 5.0. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
