Description	Recombinant human PDPK1. PDPK1 is a serine/threonine protein kinase localized to the plasma, membrane. It plays a vital role in insulin-induced glycogen synthesis, PKC activation, and activation of the AGC subfamily of protein kinases. No special measures were taken to activate this kinase.
Formulation	Liquid in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5 + 100 mM NaCl + 0.5 mM EDTA + 0.5 mM EGTA + 0.05% Triton X-100 + 5 mM DTT + 20% glycerol
