Description	Recombinant human full length PBK, His-tagged. PBK is a serine/threonine kinase that is related to the dual specific mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MAPKK). The kinase is up-regulated in a variety of hematological malignancies, participates in activating lymphoid cells, and supports testicular function (spermatogenesis). No special measures were taken to activate this kinase.
