Description	Purified native Human Cathepsin B protein-Cathepsin B is an enzymatic protein belonging to the peptidase (or protease) families. In humans, it is coded by the CTSB gene.

Biological Activity	200 units/mg-One unit of activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes one uMole of Z-Arg-Arg-beta NA per minute at 40C C pH 6.0, in the presence of DTT.
