Description	This product is a low cost, potent analog of human TGF-alpha. It comprises the human TGFalpha amino acid sequence plus a 14 amino acid N-terminal extension peptide. The recombinant growth factor can be used as a supplement for serum-free or low serum cell culture. It is also suitable for cultured fibroblasts, particularly from avian species used in the production of viral vaccines.
Biological Activity	Cell proliferation in Balb/c 3T3 fibroblasts: ED50 <20 ng/ml (in the presence of 100 ng/ml Long TMR3IGF-I).
