Description	Recombinant Mouse LBP contains a C-terminal His tag. The complete mouse LBP cDNA was used to generate the product.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a (1.0 mg/ml) solution containing PBS, pH 7.2.
Purification	Metal affinity purification with Talon (His Tag) was used.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Reconstitute with 10 ul of sterile water.
Biological Activity	Up to 2 ug/ml LBP mediates binding of FITC-LPS (0.5 ug/ml) to CD14+CHO transfectants (2 x 106/ml).
Endotoxin Level	< 0.1 ng/ml after heating for 5 minutes at 75C (LAL-test).
