Description
Recombinant Yeast Thioredoxin Reductase (NADPH) is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain.
Formulation
Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution. Each mg of protein contains 20 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 + 0.15 M sodium chloride.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Reconstitute with sterile distilled water.
Specificity
5 IU/mg. One unit equals the change in absorbance at 412 nm per minute at 25C using 0.2 M NADPH containing 5 mM DTNB, pH 7.0.
Endotoxin Level
< 0.1 ng/ug of NTR
