Recombinant Porcine IL-2

Lyophilized pig IL-2 should be stored at 2-4C, preferably desiccated. Store reconstituted pig IL-2 at <=-20C. Product should not be stored in a frost-free freezer. Stable for 1 year from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Recombinant pig Interleukin-2

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute lyophilized pig IL-2 in 100 mM acetic acid to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml to regain full activity. These stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at <=-20C. Further dilution should be made in low endotoxin medium or buffered solution with FBS or tissue culture grade BSA. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application.
