Description	Immbobilized Native Pig Pancreatic Elastase cleaves PAI-1 between the P3 and P4 residues to create a loop-inserted species that is non-inhibitory towards the target enzymes uPA and tPA.
Formulation	Resin from a buffer of 0.1 M HEPES + 0.1 M NaCl + 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.4. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-4C.
