Waymouth's MB 752/1 medium, 90% + 10% FBS

Subculture:

Subculture at a ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 using 0.25% (w/v) Trypsin- 0.53 mM EDTA solution. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C.

Freezing Medium:

Complete growth culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
