AddexBio-Formulated DMEM Medium (C0003-01) + extra 2 mM L-glutamine (for a final conc. of 4.5 mM) + 20% FBS

Subculture:

Subculture sub-confluent cultures (85%) at 1:2 to 1:4 ratio, using 0.25% (w/v) Trypsin- 0.53 mM EDTA solution. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C.

Freezing Medium:

Complete growth culture medium supplemented with 7.5% (v/v) DMSO
