Clinical Data:

The antibody binds to human tumors of endodermal origin (gastric, pancreatic and colorectal carcinomas) and detects the antigen in serum and urine of cancer patients.

Medium:

AddexBio-formulated DMEM (C0003-01) + 10% FBS

Subculture:

Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10^5 cells/ml and maintain between 1 X 10^5 and 1 X 10^6 cells/ml. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C. Renew medium once every 2 to 3 days depending on cell density.

Freezing Medium:

Complete growth medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
