RecombinantHuman CSF3 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 175amino acids and having a molecular weight of 18.8 kDa, the sequence of thefirst five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Met-Thr-Pro-Leu-Gly.Contains less than 1% dimers and aggregates.

Purified, Lyophilized. Reconstitute using sterile deionized water to a concentration>100ug/ml. Further dilutions can be made in other aqueous buffers.

Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF or GCSF)is a colony-stimulating factor hormone. G-CSF is also known as colony-stimulatingfactor 3 (CSF 3).It is a glycoprotein, growth factor and cytokine produced bya number of different tissues to stimulate the bone marrow to producegranulocytes and stem cells. G-CSF then stimulates the bone marrow to releasethem into the blood.G-CSF also stimulates the survival, proliferation, differentiation, and function of neutrophil precursors and matureneutrophils. G-CSF regulates them using Janus kinase (JAK)/signal transducerand activator of transcription (STAT) and Ras /mitogen-activated proteinkinase (MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt)signal transduction pathway.
