Manufacturer - Applications	The ED50as determined by the dose-dependant stimulation of the proliferation of humanTF-1 cells (human erythroleukemic indicator cell line) is <0.1ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 11.1 x 106 IU/mg. Eachlaboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in itsparticular application. Other applications have not been tested but use insuch assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Storage Conditions	The lyophilized product, though stablefor 3 weeks at room temperature, is best stored at -20°C. Afterreconstitution, short term (up to 1 week) store at 2–8oC. Long term, add 0.1%HSA or BSA, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
