Murine IL-12 (p70) Pre-Coated ELISA Kit

IL-12(p70) is a potent regulator of cell-mediated immune responses and it induces IFN-γ production by NK and T cells.  It is produced by activated monocytes/macrophage cells, B lymphocytes and connective tissue-type mast cells.  Among its biological activities, IL-12(p70) promotes the growth and activity of activated NK, CD4+ and CD8+ cells, and induces the development of IFN-γ -producing Th1 cells.

The BioGems Murine IL-12(p70) Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure Murine IL-12(p70) with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with rat monoclonal antibody specific for IL-12(p70). It contains sf21-expressed recombinant Murine IL-12(p70). The detection antibody is a biotinylated goat polyclonal antibody specific for IL-12(p70). The kit is analytically validated with ready to use reagents.
