0. 09% Sodium AzideApprox. Protein Concentrations: IgG concentration 1. 0mg/ml
Immunogen:
Murine leukaemia-induced pre-B tumour cells (RAW112)
Specificity:
Reacts with mouse CD45R a form of the CD45 antigen expressed by B cells and lytically active subsets of NK cells and non-MHC restricted CTL\' s. Clone RA3-6B2 immunoprecipitates the high molecular weight form of CD45 (220kD). *
Specificity:
Has been reported as being suitable for plp fixed paraffin embedded tissues as described by Whiteland J. L. et al. (3). Recommended Negative Controls: RAT IgG2a NEGATIVE CONTROLRecommended Secondary Antibodies: Goat Anti Rat IgGRabbit Anti Rat IgGGoat Anti Rat IgG (MOUSE ADSORBED)
Function:
Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN By similarity. Catalytic activityProtein tyrosine phosphate + H2O = protein tyrosine + phosphate. Subunit structureInteracts with SKAP1. Interacts with DPP4; the interaction is enhanced in a interleukin-12-dependent manner in activated lymphocytes By similarity. Binds GANAB and PRKCSH. Ref. 12Subcellular locationMembrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Membrane raft By similarity.
Note:
Colocalized with DPP4 in membrane rafts By similarity. Developmental stageExpression is restricted to the hematopoietic compartment of development.
Domain:
The first PTPase domain interacts with SKAP1 By similarity. Post-translational modificationHeavily N- and O-glycosylated. Sequence similaritiesBelongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. Receptor class 1/6 subfamily. Contains 2 fibronectin type-III domains. Contains 2 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domains. Sequence cautionThe sequence AAA39460. 1 differs from that shown. Reason: Erroneous initiation. The sequence AAA39462. 1 differs from that shown. Reason: Erroneous initiation.
