Recommended for use at 2-4 ug/ml. Please note that Behrens et al. [J Biol Chem. 1996 Sep 20; 271(38):23528-34 and J Immunol. 1994 Jul 15; 153(2):682-90] observe JAW1 running at approx 69kDa using WEHI-231 whole cell lysate which is different to the predicted size of 61kDa. Summary: The protein encode dby this gene is expressed in a developmentally regulated manner in lymphoid cell lines and tissues.
