MONOTOPE purified preparations consist of > 90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody which has been purified from ascites fluid or culture medium by protein A chromatography or sequential differential precipitations. The final preparation is formulated to a protein concentration of 100 ?g/ml in 0. 01 M phosphate buffered saline pH 7. 2 and contains 0. 1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1. 0 ml. This product contains no stabilizing proteins and should be stored at -20° C until ready for use. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing by storing multiple aliquots at -20° C. Custom conjugation of this antibody with HRP alkaline phosphatase biotin and fluorescein is available on a minimum order basis
