Genway ID:
GWB-1F3C58
Specificity:
CD200 RECEPTOR 1
Isotype:
IgG1
Preparation:
Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
Buffer Solution:
Phosphate buffered saline
Preservative Stabilisers:
0. 09% Sodium AzideApprox. Protein Concentrations: IgG concentration 1. 0mg/ml
Immunogen:
Membrane fraction of thioglycollate-elicited rat peripheral cells.
Specificity:
Recognises the rat CD200 (OX2) receptor 1. This antigen is a heavily glycosylated 60-100kD cell surface molecule expressed by cells of the myeloid lineage but not by T or B lymphocytes. This antibody has been shown to block the interaction of CD200 receptor 1 with CD200. Clone OX-102 has been reported to work in western blotting applications. Recommended Negative Controls: MOUSE IgG1 NEGATIVE CONTROLRecommended Secondary Antibodies: Rabbit Anti Mouse IgGGoat Anti Mouse IgGGoat Anti Mouse IgG (H/L)Goat Anti Mouse IgG IgA IgMHuCAL Anti Mouse IgG1Goat Anti Mouse IgG (Fc)Sheep Anti Mouse IgG (H/L)
Function:
Receptor for the CD200/OX2 cell surface glycoprotein. Subcellular locationCell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Tissue specificityRestricted to cells of the myeloid lineage. Ref. 1Post-translational modificationPhosphorylated on tyrosine residues. Highly N-glycosylated. Sequence similaritiesBelongs to the CD200R family. Contains 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Contains 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain.
