Specificity:	Minimal cross-reaction to Human Serum Proteins. Based on immunoelectrophoresis the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on rabbit IgG and with light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This product has been passed through solid-phase immunoasorbent gels to remove antibodies which cross-react with human serum proteins but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulin from other species.

Miscellaneous:	Nie has the G1M(17) allotypic marker 97-K and the G1M(1) markers 239-D and 241-L. KOL and EU sequences have the G1M(3) marker and the G1M (non-1) markers.
Miscellaneous:	Nie also differs in the amidation states of 35 116 198 269 and 272.
