Description	This highly purified agar is processed from carefully selected Gelidium seaweeds (Rhodophyceae). Through a purificationprocess the product obtained has an excellent clarity, absence of color, excellent diffusion characteristics, absence of toxic inhibitors, very low ash content, and other impurities. These characteristics permit its use in cell culture, plant tissue culture, separation of biological molecules through immunodiffusion and electrophoresis
