Information/Product description	The A-YDS (Arxula-Yeast Dioxin Screen) is an effect-based 96well assay for the detection of aryl hydrocarbon receptor mediated activity in surface water and aqueous extracts. The A-YDS uses the non-conventional and recombinant yeast Arxula adeninivorans as the responsive biosensor for aryl hydrocarbon receptor mediated activity. No sterile conditions are required for the whole test procedure.
