Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V0115CAS #:648450-29-7Purity >=98% Description: AS-605240 is a novel, potent, orally bioactive and ATP-competitive inhibitor of PI3-kinase gamma (PI3Kgamma) with potential anti-inflammatory activity. It selectively inhibits PI3Kgamma with IC50 of 8 nM, and is > 30-fold and 7.5-fold more selective for PI3Kgamma than PI3Kdelta/beta and PI3Kalpha in cell-free assays, respectively. AS605240 may be used for treating inflammatory diseases. Studies showed that oral administration of AS605240 significantly prevented lung inflammation and reduced collagen deposition.
