Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V15215CAS #:1135278-41-9Purity >=98% Description: SR 59230A HCl is a potent, brain penetrant and selective beta3 adrenoceptor antagonist with IC50 values of 40, 408 and 648 nM for beta3, beta1 and beta2 receptors respectively. SR-59230A was shown to block the hyperthermia produced by MDMA inanimal studies. SR 59230A blocks MDMA-induced hyperthermia, while athigh concentrations it blocks hyperthermia but also increases heat lossthrough an alpha1-AR antagonistic mechanism.
