Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V3846CAS #:1187075-34-8Purity >=98% Description: Resminostat (formerly known as RAS-2410 and 4SC-201) is a potent inhibitor of HDAC (histone deacetylase) classes I and II (including HDAC1/3/6) with IC50 values ranging from 43 to 72 nmol/L. Resminostate has the potential to be used for the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM) due to its ability to induce histone H4 hyperacetylation, and apoptosis in MM cells. Recent study results have shown that, in MM cell lines, resminostat abrogates cell growth, suppresses proliferation and induce G0/G1 cell cycle arrest as well as interfering with Akt signaling pathway by decreasing phosphorylation of 4E-BP1 and p70S6k.
