Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V40890CAS #:857679-55-1Purity >=98% Description: PF-4136309 racemate (INCB8761) is a novel, potent, selective, and orally bioavailable small molecule CCR2 antagonist with IC50 values of 5.2 nM, 17 nM and 13 nM for human, mouse and rat CCR2, respectively. PF-4136309 exhibited potent CCR2 antagonistic activity, high selectivity, weak hERG activity, and an excellent in vitro and in vivo ADMET profile. PF-4136309 has entered human clinical trials.
